* Integration of integrated water management.
Summary: The autors are participating in a research project aimed at the creation of an integrated system for decision support in water management. Our main research aspects are modelling and decision making. The goals are to integrate burocratic and technocratic aspects of water management into one single system. Enabling technologies are investigated and combined into specifications for such a system. Special attention is given to the development of classifications and methods to create cooperative models for both physics and management. Such a system could be well suited to implement sustainable water resource management policies. Enabling technologies are expected to be found in artificial intelligence, object oriented design, data storage and forwarding technology, graphical modelling and presentation tools and communication technology.

Waste Water Management

Sheaffer International, Ltd. where wastewater reclamation is our business.
Our product line is growing rapidly, check back here often for updated information.
Sheaffer Modular Reclamation and Reuse Systems (SMRRS)
The SMRRS eliminates the three basic problems that plague conventional sewage treatment technology:
•Odors - resulting from the exposure of untreated wastewater to surface air and the handling of sludge
•Discharge - of partially treated wastewater into surface waters which requires the securing of a NPDES permit (National Pollution Discharge Elimination System) which must be renewed every 5 years
•Sludge - the production of which requires produced biomass to be relocated
